  • FIFA 2026 ATL TRAVEL GUIDE

Atlanta is a great host city for the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026 Soccer Games ( Thu, Jun 11, 2026 – Sun, Jul 19, 2026) . Here’s a practical, no fluff guide that out-of-towners will actually find useful. IS ATLANTA READY?? Short answer: YES! But you need to be well prepared. Atlanta is well-prepared to handle the massive crowds that come with global events like FIFA thanks to its world-class infrastructure, experience, and Southern hospitality. Anchored by Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) ,the busiest airport in the world—the city efficiently moves hundreds of thousands of travelers daily with its streamlined layout and rapid Plane Train system. Beyond the airport, Atlanta has a strong public transportation network through MARTA , which connects visitors to key areas including downtown, stadiums, and major attractions. The city has successfully hosted large-scale events like the Super Bowl and the Olympics, proving its ability to manage logistics, security, and entertainment at a global level. With a wide range of hotels, restaurants, and venues, plus a culture built on welcoming visitors, Atlanta is more than ready to deliver a smooth and memorable experience for FIFA fans. Click link below for some helpful essential items you’ll need. AIRPORT SURVIVAL (Hartsfield - Jackson Airport) ATL It’s the busiest airport in the world so expect crowds, long walks and lines. Use the plane train (underground tram) to move between concourses - it’s fast and essential. If you have plenty of time on your hands, walk through the lower level; the underground pedestrian tunnel for views of Atlanta history, a collection of artwork from around the world or simply get a good workout. It’s about 1.2 - 1.5 miles / 20-30min at a steady pace. DOMESTIC vs INTERNATIONAL terminals are separate (don’t mix them up!). TIP: If you are traveling domestically and aren’t checking any luggage, the international terminal can be a great option for shorter security lines. Domestic Airlines (Main Terminal - North & South) Delta Air Lines : Primary hub, operates mainly from Terminal South. Terminal North - Other Domestic Carriers: Alaska Airlines , American Airlines , Avelo Airlines , Denver Air Connection , Frontier Airlines , JetBlue Airways , Southwest Airlines , Spirit Airlines , Sun Country Airlines , United Airlines International Airlines (International Terminal) International Carriers: Delta Air Lines   AeroMexico , Air Canada , Air France , British Airways , Copa Airlines , Ethiopian Airlines , Etihad Airways , KLM Royal Dutch Airlines , Korean Air , LATAM Airlines , Lufthansa , Qatar Airways , Scandinavian Airlines , Turkish Airlines , Virgin Atlantic , WestJet . Rideshare pickup can be chaotic: follow signs exactly or you’ll end up in the wrong concourse, terminal or wrong side (Terminal North / Terminal South) If possible, arrive early (2+ hours domestic, 3+ hours international) Rental Cars - can be easily accessed on The ATL Sky Train. It’s a 5min ride to/from airport. Follow the signs to lead you directly to the Domestic Terminal. Taxis at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) are available 24/7 at the designated Ground Transportation Center (GTC) in Aisle A, located outside the Domestic Terminal baggage claim area, and at the International Terminal . TIP: Screenshot your gate and terminal before landing - WiFi can be spotty during peak times. GETTING AROUND ATLANTA Traffic Reality - Atlanta traffic is no joke, especially near downtown and the stadium. Game days = gridlock around Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Avoid driving if you can. Your best options: MARTA (train system) Runs from airport to downtown to stadium It’s affordable, reliable and your best bet on game day Rideshare (Uber / Lyft / Taxi) Good for getting around short distances, but expect surge pricing and delays. Areas with public transportation: Public transportation in the Atlanta area is primarily provided by MARTA (rail/bus in Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton) and regional commuter services like Xpress buses (12 counties) and CobbLinc (Cobb County) . TIP: Stay near a MARTA station - it’ll save you time and money. WHERE TO STAY Downtown / Midtown / buckhead are best for access and things to do. Airport hotels are cheaper but farther from the vibe. Book early as prices will spike fast. THINGS TO BE AWARE OF Heat & Humidity are especially hot in the summer - stay hydrated Parking is limited and expensive near venues Stick to well lit and busy areas at night (like in most major cities) be aware of your surroundings. Expect long lines for restaurants, bars and attractions STADIUM & GAME DAY TIPS Mercedes Benz Stadium is modern and efficient but Plan to arrive early (at least 1-2hours before kickoff) Follow the clear bag policy (there are no exceptions) Food inside is actually affordable compared to other stadiums List of prohibited items in Mercedes Benz Stadium TIP: Save your ticket to your phone wallet. Cell service can lag with huge crowds. THINGS TO DO IN ATLANTA (Outside of game day) Georgia Aquarium - one of the best in the world World of Coca-Cola - history of Coca-Cola with interactive exhibits & beverage samples. Atlanta BeltLine (walkable - for food, art, nightlife, great vibe) Ponce City Market - food, shopping and entertainment Food - Atlanta is big on hot wings, BBQ and southern food. Try local spots over chains for the real experience. • ABOUT ME | Naturally Lathered By Gardy, LLC

Natural handcrafted soap, body care products and luxury candles ABOUT ME Sak Pase! Welcome and thank you for stopping by and getting to learn more about me. My name is Gardy and I’m the owner and creator behind Naturally Lathered located in Tyrone Georgia. I started my soap making journey in 2020 after becoming frustrated with years of using the same prescription medications to relieve soap related irritations. Upon researching the benefits of using natural care products for skin, I fell in love with the process of making handcrafted soap. It gives me great pleasure to create something that is more than just a plain bar of soap. Each bar contains all natural ingredients that provides gentle cleansing or other properties that have been carefully formulated to provide you with the best quality bar of soap. There are no harsh chemicals that are often found in popular brands you see everyday. For years, I spent lots of money on prescriptions and over the counter products that often left me disappointed and with other side effects. Discovering the natural soap industry helped relieve those issues. I am committed to a sustainable future working towards 100% eco-friendly packaging. I am also dedicated to environmental improvements and care for the earth we live in. Throughout this journey of soap making, I wanted to honor my family as they have traditionally been contributors to charitable organizations. The creation of the St. Michel Collection pays homage to my ancestors and upbringing in Haiti. When you purchase items from this collection, a percentage of the proceeds will be given to one of our charitable organizations listed on our website. We proudly introduced our candle line - Chandèl by Gardy in January 2023. This is a special division of Naturally Lathered that continues its support of the Haitian community by creating products inspired by the beautiful countryside and people. Proceeds from this line will also be donated to our charitable organizations. Purchasing handcrafted goods ensures you are getting the very best so you can feel good in your heart and on your skin. Each item will vary slightly in color, size and design as each one is a unique piece of art. I have splashed a bit of my heart in each product. I hope you feel it throughout as you naturally lather yourself with joy. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction. Questions and comments are always welcomed. With love, Gardy “Soap is to the body what laughter is to the soil” - an old Proverb Naturally Good
